  1. Format the SD card (procedure in FAQ).
  2. Download the update file from our website
  3. For PC computers:
  4. Format the Micro SD card on your computer.
  5. Open the downloaded .zip file by double-clicking on it.
  6. Extract the 7 files from the .zip file.
  7. Copy the 7 extracted files onto the Micro SD card.
  8. Eject the Micro SD card from the computer.
  9. Make sure the camera is turned OFF.
  10. Insert the Micro SD card into the camera.
  11. Power ON the camera.
  12. The camera will run the firmware update by itself for around 30 seconds. («Status» light flashes orange).
  13. Then, it will turn off for a second. The camera firmware will be up to date.
  14. The camera will then restart by itself and it will go through the connection process. («Status» light flashes green).
  15. For MAC computers:
  16. Format the Micro SD card on your computer (Format:MS-DOS(FAT)).
  17. Double-click on the .zip file.
  18. Extract the 7 files from the .zip file.
  19. Copy the 7 extracted files onto the Micro SD card.
  20. On the Micro SD card, double-click to open the file: MacOS_PrepareSDCard.command.
  21. Eject the Micro SD card from the computer.
  22. Make sure the camera is turned OFF.
  23. Insert the Micro SD card into the camera.
  24. Power ON the camera.
  25. The camera will run the firmware update by itself for around 30 seconds. («Status» light flashes orange).
  26. Then, it will turn off for a second. The camera firmware will be up to date.
  27. The camera will then restart by itself and it will go through the connection process. («Status» light flashes green).

Azure webdav server. If you still haven't been able to successfully update the Camera Raw plug-in for currently supported versions of Adobe applications, use the Camera Raw 13.2 installer below.

External ssd card. For older Adobe applications, substitute with the Camera Raw 10.5 installer below.
